Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones. Born September 3, 1976, Ashley Aubra Jones has been an American actress for over 20 years. She is most famous for playing Megan Dennison, on The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester, on The Bold and the Beautiful. She also played Daphne as a character who appeared in recurring roles in the second season of HBO's series True Blood. Ashley Jones received a Bachelor of Human Learning for K-8 at the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. She began her professional career as teacher within Maury County where she taught students in Kindergarten and First Grade Reading. In 1998 she married Brent Jones, her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and relocated into Thompsons Station. She started her career as a teacher in Bethesda Elementary, where she taught 4th grade. The years 1999, 2000 and 2001, she was working on her masters of instruction at Trevecca Nazarene University while continuing to teach. In 2000 the couple welcomed their first child, Baylor. Ashley has dedicated the last fifteen years in promoting the development of children within her local church and in the community. Ashley was teacher and director at Thompson Station's Preschool and Student Ministry for 13 years. Ashley's children attended homeschool for the 3 years they were in her home. Ashley was also teaching History at her home school tutoring during the years of school at home. God said to her that while she was enjoying homeschooling as well as being in the presence of children, her family had to go back to a full-time school. Brent and Ashley have five daughters. Silas, Eliza, and Cruz all attend GCA. Baylor a GCA grad plays baseball for UTMartin. Callan is also an GCA Graduate and attends Western Kentucky University. They are a busy family that loves fishing for fish and hunting, as well as supporting each other in their favorite sports and activities.
